This induction program provides new teachers with a structured, introduction to foundational skills through simulation-based professional development. Each simulation immerses participants in real-world scenarios, helping them practice essential skills in classroom management, lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and conflict resolution in a safe environment. The program combines interactive learning with mentorship, peer feedback, and reflection, enabling new teachers to build confidence, adaptability, and effective communication strategies as they navigate the complexities of the classroom.
The School Leadership Professional Development and Recertification Program through Digital Simulations offers school leaders a structured, eight-month journey to enhance critical competencies through real-world simulations. Each monthly module focuses on a key leadership standard—such as ethical decision-making, vision-setting, and school safety—allowing participants to make impactful decisions in realistic scenarios and reflect on their outcomes. Through these guided experiences, leaders not only practice essential skills but also build strategies for fostering inclusive, responsive, and effective school environments. By the program’s end, participants will have developed the practical tools and insights needed for sustainable, equity-centered leadership.
This program offers pre-service and in-service school leaders a semester-long journey into Culturally Responsive School Leadership (CRSL) through digital simulations. Using insights from Azukas (2024) and Khalifa et al.’s CRSL framework, participants will develop key competencies like self-reflection, addressing systemic bias, culturally relevant instruction, and authentic family and community engagement. Each week includes simulations, reflection exercises, and debriefs to connect learning with real-world application, enabling leaders to build sustainable, equity-driven practices that positively impact school culture.
This program is designed to equip educators and school leaders in independent schools with practical, simulation-based learning experiences that build essential skills in lesson planning, classroom management, conflict resolution, and values-based leadership. Each module combines real-world simulations with reflective practice, mentoring, and collaboration, creating a structured environment for continuous growth. By immersing participants in realistic scenarios, the program fosters adaptability, encourages effective communication, and supports the development of long-lasting professional strategies, positively impacting school culture and student outcomes.
