For over 75 years, the Institute for Citizens & Scholars has been at the forefront of supporting individuals tackling pressing societal issues. In recent years, the organization has shifted its focus to equipping young people with the civic knowledge, skills, and engagement necessary for a thriving democracy. As part of this mission, the Institute launched the Indiana Education Leaders Fellowship Program, a year-long initiative designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of educators across the state.
