Dr. David De Jong | Dean, College of Education | Dakota State University
David De Jong is the Dean of the College of Education and Director of Teacher Apprenticeships at Dakota State University, with prior roles as an associate professor and chair at the University of South Dakota. His research focuses on technology, innovation, and simulations, leading to 32 peer-reviewed publications and multiple excellence awards in teaching and research. With experience as a teacher, coach, principal, and superintendent, he also served as President of the International Council of Professors of Educational Leadership from 2021 to 2022.

Dr. Sara Dexter | Associate Professor of Education | University of Virginia
Sara Dexter is an associate professor specializing in educational technology leadership, adult learning, and systemic technology integration at the district, school, and classroom levels. With over $6 million in research funding, she has explored digital practicum experiences, instructional leadership for technology integration, and school leadership strategies to support teacher learning. Recognized for her contributions to the field, she received the Jack A. Culbertson Award in 2009 and the Edwin C. Bridges Award in 2023 from the University Council for Educational Administration.
